Sale to Phoenix Railway Company finalized

Law Day: Various Matters Disposed of in District Court.

The sale by the receiver of the Phoenix street railway was confirmed in district court yesterday. The sale took place in consequence of a suit by the Valley bank trustee vs. the Phoenix City Railway company. Judgment was rendered, and in November of 1899 a sale was ordered. It was made to the present organization, the Phoenix Railway company and report was made on February 14 of last year.
