As part of METRO Rail’s grand opening festivities, the Phoenix Trolley Museum displayed historic Car #116 in downtown Phoenix, at the Convention Center, and next to Collier Center, on Third Street.

We were there — METRO Light Rail Inaugural, 27 December 2008!

On Saturday, December 27, 2008, we displayed Car #116 on Third Street between Washington and Jefferson in downtown Phoenix, a few feet from where it historically operated.
